Server Transfer and Account Transfer FAQs

Cabal's new feature service, the Server Transfer and Account Transfer has finally been shed some light on by the accommodating Game Masters of E-Games.

Here are several of the inquiries that the GMs have managed to answer so far.


Is this character based?

Both of the services include only one character for every transaction. The Server Transfer service transfers one character from one server to another within a single account. Account Transfer involves two accounts, one is supposed to send the character and the other account is supposed to receive it.

You can't use either of the two above-mentioned services on banned accounts.

Will a costume or an avatar suit be considered "equipped"?

If the costume/avatar suit exists in the inventory when equipped, it will not be transferred during a Server Transfer Service.

In an Account Transfer service it will be, since only contents of the warehouse are excluded during the Account transfer process.

Can I create a new account and transfer my old one on it?

Yes. That's basically how Account (Character) Transfer works. Note that the Cabal Cash payment happens on the receiver side (the receiver of the character pays for the service )

Does the status of those items won't change or it will change? I mean account binding items are still account bound when transferred/tradable items are still tradable or not.

Item properties won't change on either of the two services.

How about the Essence and Blended runes? Will they remain in your character when you transferred? How about the extra AP you still have?

The Soul and Blended abilities that your character have already learned will be retained after any of the transfer services, as well as the unused Ability points that you still have.

What if my IGN is already taken in the server I will transfer to?

For both of the services, you would be given a chance to actually change your name (there's a specific field asking for a name). If you input a name which is unavailable/already taken, then the transfer process won't proceed.
