I took some time to finally test out BM2s and hopefully end some debates over what might be better for retarget etc. I slowed down videos of all classes in bm2 and paused the moment damage was displayed, recorded all the numbers and the times between them [will clarify reasons for this if needed]. Do note that by human error these can be +/- .1 seconds. These are the figures I came up with:
Normal Cycle Timings:

1st attack: .8 seconds
2nd attack: .8 seconds
3rd Attack: .9 seconds
4th Attack: 2.267 seconds
Total: 4.767 seconds
[BL]
1st attack [divided into two claw hits]: .3 seconds
2nd attack [divided into two claw hits]: .8333 seconds
3rd attack [divided into two claw hits]: .7333 seconds
4th attack: .4 seconds
Total: 2.267 seconds
[FB]
1st attack [divided into four stabs]: 1.133 seconds
2nd attack: .7333 seconds
3rd attack: 1.067 seconds
4th attack: 1.333 seconds
Total: 4.267 seconds
[FA]
1st [divided into four gun shots]: .7333 seconds
Total: .7333 seconds
[FS]
1st attack: 1.067 seconds
2nd attack:1.7 seconds

Do note that hits you do not retarget on will remain the normal cast time. Ex: If you retarget after 3rd hit on WA the 1st and 2nd will be their normal times [shown above] and not the values listed below.

3 hit - .833 seconds from regular .9 seconds

After 2nd attack [the 4th claw hit, can't do two yet :P] - .6 seconds from original .833 seconds

After 1st attack [the 4 stabs] - .8333 seconds from original 1.1333 seconds
After 2nd attack - .5 seconds from original .7333 seconds
After 3rd attack - .67 seconds from original 1.067 seconds

1 hit- Same as normal cast time
2 hit- 1.1333 seconds from original 1.7 seconds
