There are plenty of MMORPGs out there that sometimes it gets boring already when I hear about a new game coming up. However, Dragona made me take a second look.

Dragona and Dragonica may sound alike but believe me, they are definitely two different games and personally, Dragona pwnz Dragonica.

Dragona PH CBT Scheduled on July 28

We are pleased to inform you that Dragona PH will have its Pre-Beta Test (CBT) on the 28th of July, 2011. All beta testers can now register an account at our official website - http://dragona.ph.gameclub.com

All accounts registered on our official site will be your permanent account which can be used for Pre-beta and all other phases. Download links will be provided for our Game client soon, so stay tuned!

Dragona PH CBT Postponed

A recent post in the Dragona PH Facebook fanpage announced the postponement of Dragona PH's closed beta testing.


Here's the notice they posted:

We apologize for not being able to get in touch regarding the CBT phase of Dragona PH that was scheduled to start this month.



Please be informed that the CBT launch of the game will be moved to June 2011. We have decided that this would be best for the players and the game. Providing a stable online game experience for players is our top priority. Thus, we want to release a game that would have the highest quality possible.



We will announce the exact date and details of Dragona's CBT phase within this month. You may check out our website for updates and watch out for our CBT countdown events.

Dragona PH Pre-beta Phase Scheduled for May 2011

Dragona PH is the new Free-to-Play Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game (MMORPG) developed by Liveplex and Studio Timber. The first English version of the game will be launched by one of the leading online game company in the Philippines: Gameclub.

Gameclub is also the publisher of Special Force Online, CrossFire, Weapons of War, Twelve Sky2 and iDate Online.

New Dragona Trailer Features Fortress Siege

Liveplex just unveiled a fortress siege trailer for Dragona. Fortress siege is the core of Dragona's PvP, where hundreds of players will involve, just like those massive battles in many Korean games.

First English Version of Dragona Coming to SEA in May 2011

Last week Korean developer Liveplex announced that Dragona Global will be released in the international market in the 4th quarter of 2011. Today, Dragona Philippines (SEA server) is teased to come in May 2011. That's to say, the English version of Dragona will land in Southeast Asia first.

Dragona (SEA) Rumored to Launch Beta Soon

Dragona will start Open Beta in Korea later this month and it's said that it will have an English version very soon. The game has confirmed to enter Philippines market last year and the recent information shows that Microgaming, the game's Philippines publisher, is likely to launch the beta testing for the English version of Dragona in Philippines soon. And there's word says that the game will open the global server in the first half of 2011. There's no official announcement yet, so stay tuned for more details later.
